Cups are individually wrapped in bubble so the item doesn’t move while in transit. Straw is removed, if applicable & wrapped in bubble wrap as well. IF there is ANY reason on why you can’t rate 5 stars please contact me prior to submitting your rating. I’ve been rated unfair by people yet they don’t contact me about there being an issue. I take pictures of the item once it is packaged and I also take videos of it as proof in case it is damaged once it is in the shipping carriers hands. SHIPPING TIME IS BEYOND MY CONTROL so don’t rate less than 5 stars because it doesn’t arrive to your standards.
