The sky blue turquoise with gold matrix looks like a Cripple Creek gemstone, however, since I''m not a gemologist I can''t guarantee its'' origin.

Art noveau setting, characteristic of the early 1900''s.
I found 1 defect, look at the last photo, there is a small chip in the cabochon.
Pin clasp works perfectly
This has not been cleaned or polished.
