Hello, im selling my RARE 1974 Mr. Windy Clown head and tank cover. This is meant to cover a helium tank for special events such as your child''s birthday or a church social or just to collect and display at your home like we have! This is a very hard to find piece, and the tank cover to match is even harder to find! Both are in amazing condition for their age. The tank cover is leather, I believe, and is very soft. The clown head has some scuffs and scratches, but overall, both are in amazing shape for being almost 50 years old!
