Product Description
This stunning handmade Canadian Goose decoy sculpture features painted carved wood and canvas over a wooden frame. The decoy has glass eyes. The underside is etched "Currituck Sound Canvas Goose". Currituck Sound in North Carolina is renowned as a stopping point for migrating birds. I do not know the artist name or when this was made. Came out of a NC estate.

The goose measures an impressive 23" long, 9" tall, 9" wide.

The physical condition is as shown in the photographs. I had to peel back some of the bottom felt to expose the signature. I did notice a crack on the neck, but it doesn''t appear to go through and may be superficial. The surface has some soiling, random paint chips and paint cracking, so please inspect the photos for the full picture.
